Policies


PAYMENT:

We accept all funded or Credit Card Paypal, money orders, chashier checks, and personal checks. If paying by check or money order please item will be held until paypent clears the bank. Customer will be charged a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

SHIPPING:

All instock orders will be shipped within 1-3 day upon payment. Instock or customs made by Grace will be shipped via U.S.P.S. All instock or customs made my Irene will be shipped from Finland using International Air mail, and will take about 7-12 days time to reach the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All customs will require a 50% payment in advance, and the rest following completion. Returns will not be allowed on custom orders. All wool items will be sent freashly washed and lanolized.

RETURNS:

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order Please contact us and we will try to work something out. If you would like to return your item you may do so within 14 days for a full refund minus the shipping if item is not damaged or used in any way. Customer is responsible for shippping the item back.
