CARING FOR YOUR WOOL
1. Soak your wool in a basin or sink with warm to room temp water and give it a swoosh every few min. for like 20 min. This is an extra step that I do to get the pee out of the wool first.
2. Drain and squeeze water out of your wool. Do not ring. Refill the basin or sink with warm/room temp water. Add your wool wash. if your using a bar wash then rub it on any soiled areas first and then lather it in your hands and get it in your water. Let your wool sit again and for about 30 min or so.
3. Drain and squeeze water out of your wool. Do not ring. Now get a bath towel and roll your wool in the towel; step on the towel to get all the extra water out. Once your wool is damp and no more water comes out onto the towel add your lanolin spray and lay flat to dry.
¤ note if you dont have lanolin spary follow this step:
put a pea size amount of lanolin in a cup of water and micro it for a min. or so. stir make sure your lanolin desolves. then you can mix this in with the 2nd water wash and wooly soap. I like to put mine in squeeze bottle with a little baby soap and shake it real good and then put it in the water and in the crotch area. i think the lanolin stays better this way.
